About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Technologist with a strong background in SAP and IT systems related to warehousing, distribution, logistics, and trade compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP ECC, especially in Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM), and EDI integration.

This is a global-facing role that collaborates closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and IT departments across regions to ensure efficient and scalable solutions are designed, implemented, and supported.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects from conception to post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or participate in end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects across warehousing, distribution, and logistics domains.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP system solutions using SAP ECC SD, LE, and WM modules.

- Conduct detailed functional and technical design, configuration (SPRO), testing, and deployment of solutions.

- Collaborate with business users to understand current processes, identify gaps, and recommend SAP-based improvements.

- Customize and optimize order-to-cash, inventory management, and logistics execution processes.

- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SAP-related incidents and change requests.

- Work with internal and external teams to implement and maintain seamless EDI integration between trading partners and SAP systems.

- Ensure data consistency, error resolution, and efficient workflows between systems and business units.

- Partner with global teams, including logistics, trade compliance, supply chain, and finance, to deliver scalable solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, facilitating discussions, workshops, and process mapping sessions.

- Deliver high-quality documentation, presentations, and training to support end-user adoption and system understanding.

- Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulatory, trade, and compliance standards.

- Support the organization's IT change management processes, ensuring robust testing and deployment protocols are followed.

- Maintain documentation in line with audit and control requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Masters degree preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years in an IT Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or SAP Consultant role.

- Strong experience with SAP ECC in Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.

- Involvement in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations and upgrades
