- We are seeking an IT Recruiter who will lead full life cycle recruiting efforts.

- Partnering with hiring managers, you will build and execute sourcing strategies that identify, attract, and hire diverse candidates to support all business units.

- You'll be focused primarily on quality of hire rather than quantity of hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience during the hiring cycle, and building credible and longstanding relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

- Working closely with Director TA, Department heads and Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations.

- Proficient in creating, reviewing, and designing the Job Descriptions and posting these job descriptions on various job boards, social media, internal ATS and other possible channels.

- Researching about latest hiring processes for each role, setting evaluation parameters and coordinating with stakeholders in preparing assessment / test for each position.

- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the priority roles to be filled.

- Staying active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.

- Managing the end-to-end TA lifecycle across levels and roles and target to hire, onboarding and retaining quality talent.

- Screening resumes and prospects, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the interview process from setting interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.

- Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent.

- Utilising knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.

- Maintaining a database of candidate records.

- Identifying, analysing, presenting and keeping updated the hiring metrics and implementing initiatives to combat/ mitigate the challenges.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Deep knowledge of sourcing specifically for skills like technical hiring.

- Work experience with Technical positions like MEAN stack developers, Frontend developers, Backend developers, Fullstack developers, QA Engineers, Architects, Managers etc.

- Hands-on hiring experience on niche skills, volume hiring.

- Working knowledge of various social media recruiting channel.

- Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers.

- Promote the Employer Brand on LinkedIn and other social media channels and spread awareness about the company and its products.

- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

- Excellent interviewing skills & solid technical background needed to understand and work on IT positions.

- Possess good communication skills and must be presentable.

Desired Qualifications:

- Must be good in Excel and reporting.
