Job Title : HR Recruiter & Team Lead


Location : Sector 7 Dwarka Delhi


Employment Type : Full-Time


Upto 28k+ Incentive


Job Overview :


We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter & Team Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, screening, and hiring skills, coupled with experience in handling a recruitment team.


Key Responsibilities :


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :


- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.


- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.


- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.


- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by maintaining strong coordination with internal stakeholders.


- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for various job roles.


Team Leadership & Management :


- Lead, train, and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance.


- Monitor team performance, set goals, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.


- Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback.


- Allocate tasks effectively and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.


HR & Compliance :


- Ensure all recruitment processes align with company policies and labor laws.


- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.


- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.


- Collaborate with the HR team to improve the recruitment process and implement best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.


- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.


- Strong understanding of various hiring channels and sourcing techniques.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


- Ability to handle multiple roles and work under tight deadlines.


- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.


- Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring is a plus.
