
Senior HRBP Partner
Role Summary
The HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with business leaders in the financial services (with a wealth management focus) to design and execute people strategies, lead key HR processes, and champion a high-performance, inclusive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business heads to align people strategies with growth and client-service objectives in the wealth management division.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, capability development, and employee engagement processes across relevant verticals.
- Advise on organization design, workforce planning, and leadership development to support evolving business needs.
- Lead talent acquisition for niche and senior roles in Wealth/Private Banking, including direct sourcing, market mapping, and pipeline building to ensure timely and quality hires.
- Use HR analytics to monitor engagement, attrition, and drive data-driven HR interventions.
- Act as a change agent fostering a performance-driven, inclusive, and values-based culture.
- Manage employee relations, policy evangelism, and offer advisory support on complex HR/ER cases.
- Support organizational change initiatives, working closely with leadership on culture, communication, and capability-building programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations across business verticals.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10 to 15 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP in the BFSI, Wealth Management, or allied financial services sectors.
- Strong track record in talent management, stakeholder engagement, and business-facing HR roles.
- Deep exposure to talent acquisition/leadership hiring beyond routine operational roles.
- Excellent data orientation and experience with HR analytics for decision-making.
- Ability to design and execute HR interventions tailored to business unit and workforce needs.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive DEI/culture initiatives.
- Strong communication and change management skills.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized institute
