Role: Senior HR Business Partner BFSI Technology | GCC.

Our Client is a newly launched Global Capability Center (GCC) with a bold vision to drive innovation and transformation across our BFSI technology platforms.

Role Summary

The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership and functional heads to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on capability to solve complex people challenges in a fast-paced, tech-enabled financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, org design, and change management.

- Align HR strategy with business goals to support scale, innovation, and digital transformation.

Talent Management & Succession Planning

- Lead talent reviews, high-potential identification, succession planning, and leadership development.

Performance & Compensation.

- Manage annual performance management cycles and support a culture of high performance.

- Work closely with Total Rewards/Comp & Ben teams to drive competitive compensation practices, particularly for tech talent.

Change Management & Organizational Design

- Work across cross-functional projects to enable scalable and agile people practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Master's degree in HR / MBA from a reputed institution.

- 12 -15 years of experience in HRBP roles, with at least 5+ years in a technology-led BFSI environment. (GCC, Shared Services, Global environment).

- Strong understanding of BFSI domain dynamics and the talent market for tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity).

- Proven experience in handling complex employee relations and leadership coaching.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.

- Experience in working with HRMS platforms and HR analytics dashboards.
