Senior HR Business Partner - Bank
Job Responsibilities & Actionables:
Manpower Planning:
- Monitor headcount budgets, actuals, and staff movements with business groups.
- Manage staff data to ensure structural alignment and accurate reporting.
- Support data solutions, validation, and stress-testing models.
- Assist in preparing the central workforce plan, monitoring implementation, and collaborating with regional business and HR teams for staff retention.
Leadership Hiring:
- Conduct competition mapping to identify talent trends.
- Collaborate with HR CoEs to design and implement best practice processes.
- Support the Lead HR BP in candidate closures.
- Succession Planning & Internal Talent Elevations
- Create internal talent profiles for senior staff.
- Ensure alignment of internal data sources with HR knowledge of existing talent.
Talent Management & Mobility:
- Drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and track progress.
- Monitor and assess milestones of IDPs.
- Aggregate and analyze data from various sources to ensure the effectiveness of talent management strategies.
- Partner with regional teams to develop talent insights across the country.
Org Structure Management & Design:
- Provide business insights for decision-making regarding organizational structures.
- Conduct competition mapping for benchmarking and structural insights.
- Employee Connect
- Collaborate with regional teams and the Lead HRBP to enhance employee engagement.
- Conduct dipstick surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee connect initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Review incremental and new job descriptions, providing insights for approval by the Head HR BP
- Oversee the Rewards & Recognition (R&R) process for assigned business units.
- Identify and flag salary-capped cases in advance for role movements.
- Manage data during the performance management process.
- Support rating validation exercises.
Retention Management:
- Implement the agreed-upon retention management plan in collaboration with respective CoEs.
Employee Communication & D&I Initiatives:
- Deliver employee communications in line with agreed HR strategies.
- Support the Lead HR BP in driving all Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, with a special focus on gender diversity at senior levels.
- Educational Qualifications & Key Skills
Qualifications:
- MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources
