
We're looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior General Manager, Human Resources to lead our people strategy and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be a true business partner, with a passion for building high-performing cultures and a proven track record of managing global stakeholders. This is a key leadership role responsible for aligning our HR initiatives with long-term business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring our talent management practices are best-in-class.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that directly support the company's mission, vision, and long-term business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs, design talent strategies, and lead organizational design, transformation, and change management initiatives.
- Continuously improve HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Talent & Performance Management:
- Architect and oversee comprehensive talent management programs, including learning and development, succession planning, and leadership training.
- Ensure all individual development plans are aligned with both employee career growth and business priorities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- Regularly conduct market benchmarking and internal audits to ensure fairness, compliance, and competitive positioning.
HR Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all HR policies, practices, and documentation adhere to local, state, and national employment laws.
- Effectively manage employee relations, including investigations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
- Mitigate organizational risk through proactive compliance and audit practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: You must have significant experience in a leadership-level HR role, with a demonstrated ability to manage global stakeholders.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's or MBA is strongly preferred.
Certifications: A professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is a plus.
