Key Accountabilities Description: Safety: Safety being belief of the organization, ensure safety at all levels in Plant, Colony & Mines Key Performance Indicators: - Attending Apex and Functional Meetings - Participate and discuss the critical safety issues - Ensure both On the Job and Off the Job Safety in Unit and HR Function actions. - Monitor the effective implementation of all Safety Standards in function. - Direct team to ensure safety in all operations and activities executed by HR function team. - Motivate and ensure rewards to employees practicing and encouraging safety. - CSR Initiatives: Ensure smooth and harmonious relationships with Society residing in surrounding villages through effective CSR Initiatives - Land Procurement & Acquisition: Effectively Plan & Monitor the activities of critical land procurement and Land Acquisition required for the smooth plant operations. - Industrial Relations / Employee relations - Administration: Ensure achieving satisfaction level of employees in townships by providing effective administrative services for better living conditions. - Liaison with Govt Officials and Public Representatives: Maintain effective liaison with both Government Officials and Public Representatives so as to ensure smooth plant operations. - Medical Services: Ensure effective medical services to employees and their family members - Facilitate School administration for smooth operations of the organization.
