Senior Functional Consultant - D365

Position Purpose:

- The Senior Functional Consultant - D365 is a key member of the global Finance Systems support team, responsible for leading the functional aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365).

- This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders to drive product improvements and optimize system performance, enhancing consistency, productivity, and efficiency across the global finance systems community.

- Additionally, the consultant provides in-house specialized product support within the Finance Systems support team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must Have:

- Degree in Information Systems or Accounting.

- Experience in a support function within an organization, providing in-house expertise on product development and optimization.

- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with hands-on configuration experience.

- 7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant across different clients or organizations.

- Proven track record of successfully configuring D365 and solving complex problems.

- Certifications: MB-300 and MB-310 (Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Functional Consultant Associate).

- Prior experience in at least two D365 implementations.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with application support models, ideally in the finance domain.

- Techno-functional or solution expertise (Certifications: MB-700, MB-500).
