Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision support.

This role will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, compliance, and financial controls while partnering with business leaders to drive profitability and growth.

The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping the companys financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

- Provide financial insights and business analysis to support strategic decisions.

- Conduct variance analysis and highlight risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP (as applicable).

- Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and financial KPIs for leadership.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, audit standards, and corporate governance.

- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities as required.

- Develop and implement internal financial controls and risk management frameworks.

- Collaborate with business heads, operations, and sales teams to evaluate financial performance.

- Support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Provide financial modeling for new business opportunities, M&A, or expansions.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

- Drive process automation and improve efficiency in financial operations.

- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
