Senior Finance Executive - Business/Corporate Finance - Electric Vehicle Manufacturing - CA

Job Description:

- Looking for Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants (CA/CMA freshers or upto 3 years post qualification experience) for a EV manufacturing Company in Chennai (Subsidiary of Tube Investments of India Limited).

- Candidate should have manufacturing sector experience in business finance (Except CA/CMA freshers) and have prior experience in preparing consolidated financial statements (Ind AS) (Must for All candidates including freshers).

1 Consolidation of all data of subsidiaries (2 subsidiaries) and 2 business units for preparation of MIS reports including coordination with factory accountants

2 Preparation of consolidated financial statements (Ind AS)

3 Preparation of monthly MIS

4 Work on automation projects in order to streamline collection of MIS data/FS preparation

5 Preparation of customized reports for Board of Directors as and when required

6 As and when required, monthly provision and book closure entries, Capex budget and year end provisions

7 Meeting requirements of internal and external auditors

8 Candidate should have knowledge in preparation of consolidated financial statements (including Inter Company adjustments, Impairment testing for Goodwill, Find flow statements, Cash flow statements).
