Qualifications:

Preferred : LLB

Experience : 4 - 10 years, primarily or entirely in compliance (preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage statutory compliance for all business verticals across India, including consumer and engineering segments.

- Ensure proper implementation and consistent use of compliance software by relevant teams.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and inform the business of new or amended laws.

- Conduct regular trainings on compliance practices, system usage, and implications of new laws.

- Visit factories and branch offices regularly to ensure 100% statutory compliance.

- Supervise all statutory filings and ensure they are completed within deadlines.

- Maintain and monitor necessary permissions, consents, and approvals under various laws and ensure timely renewal.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government authorities (e.g., CPCB, BIS, local authorities) for any compliance-related matters.

- Act as the single point of contact for all compliance issues across all locations, including plants, branches, and the head office.

- Drive the overall compliance function with ownership and continuous improvement mindset.

- Be open to frequent travel across different sites in India.
