Senior Director - Training (Travel) experienced and leadership-oriented person to join us as a Senior Director- Training.
Senior Director in this role get to: Support the team: Conduct on-going needs assessment and recommend targeted solutions to gaps in learning and development offerings within the global organization
Design highly innovative solutions., design and deliver strategy for programs and execute., understand rapid development processes and an iterative model., leverage and maximize utility of learning and develop technologies to expand the impact and scale of learning footprint globally.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Sourcing Initiatives:
- Drive all sourcing initiatives, marketing, and advertisement campaigns for recruitment.
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build our database/pipeline of candidates and enhance the ATS company brand.
Forecasting & Strategy Development:
- Forecast applicant foot traffic needs based on hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates.
- Manage a team of recruiters and managers to meet business requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other agencies.
- Provide tactical and strategic support for all sourcing and recruiting needs for the geography, including developing and administering policies, procedures, controls, and best practices.
- Serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.
Budget Management:
- Manage the department's budget to control for cost-per-hire and maximize the value of the team's investments.
Recruitment Programs:
- Design and implement campus and community recruitment programs.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, both inside and outside of the organization, to consistently drive innovation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree.
- 16+ years of experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, & Marketing in a volume hiring BPO environment.
- More than seven years of leadership experience.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
