Senior Director - Solutions Engineering

Responsibility:

- Lead the solutions engineering team to design and implement custom integrations, platform extensions, and customer-driven solutions.

- Architect scalable and reusable components that enhance the core platform while addressing specific customer requirements.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Teams to define solution strategies, technical roadmaps, and delivery plans.

- Ensure efficient API design, data flows, and system interoperability for seamless integration across products.

- Partner with Cloud Infra, DevOps, and SRE teams to ensure smooth deployment and performance.

- Drive technical pre-sales and solution discovery efforts by working closely with enterprise customers, understanding their technical needs, and architecting tailored solutions.

- Ensure security, compliance, and data governance considerations are integrated into all solutions.

- Foster a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring and developing engineering leaders and individual contributors.

Requirement:

- 12-18+ years of experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, or platform development.

- Strong foundation in modern software architecture, microservices, API design, and system performance optimization.

- Strong background in enterprise integrations, middleware, and cloud-native applications.

- Hands-on expertise in frontend (React, Vue, Next.js), backend (Node.js, .NET), databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, CDK/Terraform).

- Proven ability to design scalable, reusable, and maintainable software solutions.

- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams focused on customer-driven technical solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with engineering, product, and external partners.
