- The Senior Director of Human Resources plays a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organization.

- This position is crucial in overseeing the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies designed to enhance workforce engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

- The Senior Director will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with executive leadership to address the evolving needs of a diverse employee base amidst a dynamic business landscape.

- By fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement, this role contributes significantly to attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring that HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in HR policy development, administration, and implementation and demonstrate a strong ability to navigate challenges with a solution-focused mindset.

- They will also provide mentorship and guidance to HR staff, ensuring that the department operates efficiently and actively contributes to the overall company mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organizational goals.

- Lead talent acquisition efforts to recruit top talent across all levels.

- Oversee the development and administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

- Enhance employee engagement through innovative programs and initiatives.

- Implement training and development programs to foster employee growth.

- Drive performance management systems to optimize productivity.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues and best practices.

- Develop and monitor key HR metrics and reports.

- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

- Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational changes and restructuring.

- Lead HR technology implementation and enhancements.

- Mentor and develop HR staff to improve performance.

- Act as a change agent for organizational development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment law.

- Proven track record in workforce planning and talent management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in change management and organizational development.

- Ability to analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions.

- Project management experience preferred.

- Professional HR certification (e.g, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.

- Strong consulting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

- Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across departments.

- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to challenges.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
