Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-technology teams in data integration, automation, and analytics.
- Serve as the technical champion and single point of contact for clients.
- Develop best practices and contribute to a Center of Excellence.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
- Prioritize, plan, and deliver complex projects with regular updates.
- Mentor and coach team members and emerging leaders.

Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 12+ years leading software delivery teams.
- Proficient in Java/.Net, SQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Oracle).
- Experienced with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kafka, CI/CD, automation, and Selenium.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, AI/ML, and RPA is a plus.
- Client-focused with experience managing multiple projects.
- Agile/Scrum experience; certifications preferred.
- Problem-solver with enterprise data management experience.
