Important Skills:

- Need someone who has experience into Pre approval loan model.

- Experience into End-to-End scorecard development.

- Power BI and with someone who understands coding.

- Experience in customer analytics / Business Analytics.

- Someone experience into Campaign marketing, cross selling. Offer generation

Key Result Areas Supporting Actions:

- Understanding the challenges faced by the business and translate that into a data problem

- Ability to work with multiple data sources

- Model/ strategy development and validation - Statistical Model Development, Validation and other Data Analysis

- Model deployment

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure - Help in implementing the model

- Knowledge in Python, R, SAS programming language and cloud infrastructure.

Job Context:

- Developing Statistical model/ Data strategy

- Documenting the project

- Review of report/data quality to ensure zero error

- Expert in coding skill in R, Python or SAS and any data visualization tool

- Master's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or other Quantitative course

- Handle first level of escalation

- Liaise with business team and work for business goal

- Thorough understanding of Retail / Digital business

- Help the business partners to grow the business

- Prior experience in Banks or other financial service Industry
