Job Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to take the lead in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions.

- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in object detection, tracking, and recognition, with extensive hands-on experience in ML model development, data engineering, and production deployment.

- This role requires both individual contributions (IC) and team leadership to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for object detection, tracking, and recognition.

- Build and fine-tune ML models for various computer vision applications.

- Handle large-scale image and video datasets to enhance model accuracy.

- Deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions in production environments.

- Write efficient, scalable, and high-performance Python code for ML applications.

- Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Jenkins for model deployment and automation.

- Work closely with engineers and researchers to build, test, and refine ML-driven systems.

- Keep up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8-14 years of experience in machine learning and computer vision.

- Strong Python programming skills with expertise in relevant libraries and frameworks.

- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy large-scale ML solutions.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Jenkins for model deployment.

- Strong understanding of data engineering and handling large datasets.

- Experience in transitioning machine learning models from research to production.

- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.

- Familiarity with MLOps and cloud-based deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
