Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience applying machine learning and AI techniques to solve complex business problems.

- This role requires a strong background in developing, training, and deploying advanced models, as well as hands-on experience with a variety of tools and cloud platforms.

- The Senior Data Scientist will be a key player in transforming data into actionable insights and driving strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to address key business challenges and opportunities.

- Utilize Python and its ecosystem of libraries, including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow, for data analysis, model development, and validation.

- Work with large-scale datasets, cleaning and preprocessing data to ensure quality and readiness for modeling.

- Architect and implement data science solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems and build end-to-end data pipelines.

- Present complex findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, translating technical details into business impact.

- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive innovation.

Required Technical Skills:

Machine Learning & AI: Proven experience with a wide range of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.

Programming Languages: Expertise in Python.

Data Science Libraries: Hands-on experience with Pandas, Scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow.

Cloud Platforms: Practical knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP), including their data science and machine learning services.

Database & Big Data: Familiarity with SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks).

Qualifications and Experience:

- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.

- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of statistical concepts.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams
