Senior Data Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models to support business applications and analytics.

- Define and enforce data governance policies and data quality standards across the organization.

- Manage and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes ensuring efficient and accurate data movement.

- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to align data models with business goals.

- Conduct impact analysis and ensure consistency and integrity of data across multiple systems.

- Assist in resolving data-related issues and provide expert guidance on data management best practices.

- Document data models, metadata, and data flow diagrams comprehensively.

- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in data modeling and governance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in data modeling and data architecture design.

- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality management.

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability and willingness to work on-site at our Varanasi office.

- Prior experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Financial Services, or Telecom domains is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications related to Data Management or Data Modeling (e.g., CDMP, DAMA).

- Experience working with modern data platforms and technologies (e.g., cloud data warehouses, big data tools).

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the industry domains mentioned.
