Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify key metrics, design experiments, and evaluate product performance.

- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports that enable self-serve analytics for stakeholders.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover user behavior patterns, conversion trends, and growth opportunities.

- Partner with engineering and product teams to define event tracking, ensure data quality, and optimize data pipelines.

- Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and visualizations using tools like SQL, Python, and BI platforms.

- Translate complex findings into clear business narratives and recommendations.

- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a product-led or tech-driven environment.

- Strong command of SQL, with experience handling large datasets.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).

- Experience with Python/R for statistical analysis and data modeling.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders through data storytelling and evidence-backed recommendations.

- Solid understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, retention metrics, and funnel optimization.

- Analytical/Marketing Tools - Google Suite, Jotform, ThinkCell, Freshdesk, Jira, CleverTap, Firebase; and Programming Language - should be comfortable with Python or R.

- And experience in RDBMS is a plus.

- Should be comfortable with understanding of GenAI and it's usage programmatically
