Key Responsibilities:


- Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies tailored for performance advertising on digital platforms, focusing on driving engagement, conversions, and ROI.

- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists to produce high-quality, results-driven creative assets for digital media.

- Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to conceptualize and develop innovative campaign ideas specifically for digital performance ads that align with business objectives and audience insights.

- Creative Execution: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring all digital assets are on-brand, compelling, and optimized for performance across various digital ad platforms.

- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, optimizing creative elements for maximum impact on digital performance ads.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to ensure the seamless integration of creative assets across all performance marketing channels.

Qualifications:


- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role, with a focus on performance marketing for digital media.

- Extensive exposure to digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.

- Proficiency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

- Interest and background in copywriting, with experience in developing engaging ad copy for digital performance ads.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize creative strategies based on insights.
