Senior Consultant - Total Rewards
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join the Human Resources Consulting team.
- Collaborate and manage projects mainly within Rewards, including: Compensation Benchmark Analysis, Salary Bands definition, Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity & Transparency, etc.
- Develop analysis (sometimes complex) based on client and market data using excel and prepare client presentations/ reports by using powerpoint;
- Participate in the development and production of Total Compensation Surveys;
- Lead presentations, interact with clients and contribute to the development of strong business relations;
- Identify and follow leads, prepare and deliver proposals and act as a contributor for business development.
Desired Profile:- Top Tier MBA with 2 - 6 years of experience in either HR consulting (Compensation / Benefits / Rewards / Recognition) or as a Compensation or Rewards team of a large Organization
- Must be willing to work from office / Client Site (5 Days a week)
