Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:- Understanding recruitment mandates provided by clients.
- Implementing the sourcing strategy as agreed with the client (Headhunting/Executive Search/Ad response/ Databank).
- Sourcing relevant profiles in line with the Job Description provided by the client with a fast turn-around time.
- Assessing/ Evaluating suitability of the candidates and their interest levels in the assignment through face-to-face/video interviews.
- Sharing profiles of relevant candidates with assessment reports with the client.
- Working closely with the client to coordinate interviews, conduct salary negotiations and ensure successful closure of the position.
- Managing client expectation and client relationship.
- Assisting in any other responsibilities that may be given from time to time in the HR Advisory
Internal Processes:- Adhere to internal SoPs of the organization.
- Enhancing, maintaining and updating databank of Resumes.
- Ensure quality and conceptual rigor across the practice in a consistent manner.
- Suggest and implement continuous improvements in all aspects of functioning.
- Keep abreast with developments in the industry.
- Take initiatives for knowledge enhancement
Team Management: - Guide the team in planning, executing and closing of recruitment mandates/projects.
- Manage a team of Consultants, Associate Consultants, Analysts, Interns
- Ensure optimum utilization of team strengths to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in planning and executing projects.
Business Development Facilitation:
- Identify potential business opportunities vis- vis Talent Acquisition/Human Resource Consulting.
- Assist in preparation of high-quality proposals, as required.
- Upgrade Credential Deck on a periodic basis.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate or Post graduate degree/diploma from a recognized institute.
- 10+ years of relevant experience preferably in external talent acquisition with a consulting firm.
Required Abilities And Proficiencies:
- Proven abilities in client acquisition, retention and client servicing.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in end - to-end execution of talent acquisition engagements in an environment of competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
