Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of social and digital insight reporting for assigned client accounts.
- Serve as the primary client contact for insight delivery, project timelines, feedback, and escalations.
- Translate client business goals into effective reporting structures, tagging methodologies, and insight narratives.
- Analyze and interpret consumer conversations, digital trends, and cultural context to identify strategic implications.
- Review and refine dashboards, Boolean queries, tagging frameworks, and report drafts to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal leads to streamline reporting workflows and enhance data integrity.
- Mentor junior consultants and interns, providing guidance on tools, methodologies, insight writing, and presentation design.
- Support new business efforts, including pitch decks, proof-of-concept (POC) work, and onboarding of new clients.
- Contribute to vertical-specific initiatives (e.g., fashion, QSR, entertainment) by applying domain knowledge to insight development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, delivering insight presentations, and leading reporting projects independently.
In-depth experience with at least one major social listening tool, such as:
Sprinklr
Talkwalker
Meltwater
Brandwatch
or similar platforms.
Analytical & Technical Skills:
- Strong ability to connect platform KPIs (engagement, sentiment, share of voice) to broader brand/business implications.
- Advanced skills in building and reviewing Boolean queries, content tagging frameworks, and data categorization.
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and PowerPoint, especially for insight storytelling and executive reporting.
- Familiarity with insight dashboards, data visualization best practices, and content performance analysis.
Strategic & Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at building clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- Ability to contextualize insights within consumer culture, competitive activity, and platform dynamics.
- Confident in leading client discussions, presenting findings, and managing feedback loops.
Industry Expertise (Preferred):
- Working knowledge of industry-specific consumer behavior, especially in verticals such as:
Streaming/Entertainment Fashion & Beauty QSR (Quick-Service Restaurants) Sports & Lifestyle
- Exposure to omnichannel strategies and the integration of social listening into broader brand communication ecosystems.
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
