Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation

- We are looking for an ambitious Senior Consultant to join our fast-growing Digital Transformation practice.

- You will work with C-suite executives across various industries to design and implement digital strategies that drive significant business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Lead project workstreams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality strategic recommendations.

- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions, including new operating models, technology roadmaps, and data-driven strategies.

- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and quantitative analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and inform strategic decisions.

- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

- Business Development: Support senior leadership in preparing proposals and contributing to new business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Education: MBA from a top-tier business school (IIMs, ISB, etc.

- Experience: 2-4 years of post-MBA experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a digital transformation role.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of digital technologies, agile methodologies, and enterprise-level business processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment is required
