Role Summary:

- We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in the cards and payment ecosystem, specifically with VisionPLUS platforms.

- In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional requirements

- Ensuring smooth delivery of card issuing/acquiring products and enhancements.

Experience Required:

- 5 to 10 years as a Business Analyst in Cards/Payments domain, with VisionPLUS expertise

Must-Have Skills :

- VisionPLUS experience (mandatory)

- Strong domain knowledge in Card Issuing and Acquiring

- Understanding of end-to-end payments lifecycle

- Requirements gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and stakeholder management

- Functional and gap analysis

- UAT planning and coordination

Good to Have:

- Hands-on in product configuration or rules setup in VisionPLUS modules

- Familiarity with card scheme compliance (e.g., Visa/Mastercard)

- Agile/Scrum exposure
