Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through various methods (e.g, interviews, workshops, document analysis).

- Identify and document business processes, workflows, and data flows.

- Analyze business needs and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.

- Develop and document business requirements specifications (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.

Solution Design & Recommendation:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and evaluate potential solutions to business problems.

- Develop and present solution options, including feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.

- Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and strategic goals.

Project Management & Delivery:

- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.

- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful project implementation.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong documentation and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g , BPMN, UML).

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus
