Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to collect, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Understanding of how to create workflows and identify areas for process improvements in customer support operations.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications documents (FSDs), user stories, and process maps.
- Effectively communicate requirements to technical teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between ey stakeholders, including customer support teams and technical teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication to convey technical requirements to both business and IT teams as well as to interact with Client stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide clear updates.
- Work with data - clean, manipulate and analyse data for meanignful insights and updates.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing and expert in BRD/FRD creation and development
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Experience with pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and charts.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organised with strong time-management skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
