Role And Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly accomplished and results-driven real estate professional to join our Residential Services team. This role is ideal for someone with over 10 years of experience in luxury property sales, client servicing, and business development, particularly with strong exposure to the South Delhi residential market. The role currently functions as an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Managing Director Residential Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage luxury residential sales assignments independently.
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.
- Execute sales strategies, manage client interactions, and ensure a seamless transaction process.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury residential market to support sales and advisory efforts.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in luxury residential property sales
- Must have handled South Delhi market
- Strong background in client servicing, business development, and sales strategy
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, polished personality
- Proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
- Stable career trajectory and leadership mindset
