Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead the brand campaigns, marketing calendar, and communication strategy across key markets. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role that brings together customer insight, creative storytelling, media planning, and commercial performance.

You will work closely with internal teams, partner brands, and agency networks to design and deliver integrated campaigns that not only drive footfall and sales, but also build long-term brand affinity with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the campaign and event strategy across multiple markets.

- Shape the customer proposition using market insights and trends to strengthen brand positioning.

- Lead the creative and campaign development process from briefing to execution.

- Oversee media planning and amplification, ensuring impactful reach across omni-channel platforms.

- Build and nurture brand and supplier partnerships to maximize campaign effectiveness.

- Partner with creative and media agencies to deliver innovative, insight-driven campaigns.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of marketing experience in retail, ideally within a multi-market environment.

- Proven track record of leading integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.

- Strong experience collaborating with mid to large-scale creative and media agencies, across strategy, briefing, and execution.

- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes.
