Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Brand Manager Personal Care with an MBA/PGDM from a premier business school to lead and elevate our personal care brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of leadership, market insight, and hands-on brand management experience to drive brand equity, growth, and innovation in a competitive market.
This role calls for a dynamic leader who can shape brand strategy, inspire cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with consumers while meeting business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end brand management for a portfolio of personal care products, driving long-term brand equity and market share growth.
- Develop and execute robust brand strategies and annual marketing plans grounded in consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, sales, supply chain, digital marketing, and external agencies to ensure seamless product development, launches, and activations.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, social, retail, PR, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze brand performance metrics regularly, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing activities and maximize ROI.
- Mentor and guide junior brand managers and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage brand P&L, budgets, and resource allocation with accountability.
- Identify growth opportunities through innovation, new product development, and category expansions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, media, and opinion leaders in the personal care industry.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, consumer shifts, and regulatory changes affecting the personal care segment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School (such as IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or equivalent) with specialization in Marketing.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in brand management within the personal care or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing personal care or related brands.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, consumer engagement, and omni-channel campaign execution.
- Proficient analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
