Position: Senior Brand Manager

Industry: Media & Entertainment

Function: Marketing

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 6 per week

Education: Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA preferred)


About the Role:


- We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Senior Brand Manager with a deep understanding of the media, advertisement, or entertainment industry.


- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in brand development, digital marketing, and campaign management who can lead large-scale marketing initiatives and drive brand growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Design and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and execution to meet business targets.

- Conceptualize and manage integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.

- Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

- Build and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

- Lead content creation efforts for various platforms ensuring strong brand presence.

- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, platforms, and tools to optimize campaigns.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Programming, and Digital for brand alignment.

- Manage and nurture relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide brand positioning and innovation.

- Mentor and guide a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and creativity.

- Oversee creation of marketing collateral and promotional material in line with brand identity.


Required Skills & Experience:


- 15+ years of marketing experience with a focus on brand strategy and digital campaigns.

- Proven success in large-scale brand marketing and repositioning initiatives.

- Experience in media, advertising, or entertainment industry mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of brand positioning, awareness strategy, and innovation strategy.

- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.

- Experience working with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media dashboards.

- Adept at managing agency relationships and delivering impactful results.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.

- Local candidates from Mumbai or nearby areas only mandatory.
