We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to head digital-first brand strategy and execution. This role will manage multiple brands end-to-end, including digital marketing, product P&L ownership, and brand-building. The ideal candidate comes from food, HPC, or scaled D2C brands with experience in digital-first growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy, growth, and digital presence for assigned D2C brands.
- Manage product-level P&L and ensure sustainable growth.
- Oversee partnerships with agencies across social, advertising, influencer marketing
- Build and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with design, brand managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Explore new growth channels including Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and Q-commerce platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6-10 years in brand management / digital marketing, preferably in scaled D2C brands.
- Strong exposure to agency management (social, influencer, advertising).
- Deep understanding of digital-first brand building and new-age consumer funnels.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
- Leadership experience in handling small teams (designers, brand managers).
