Position: Sr. BRAND Manager Skin Care Beauty

Location: Pune

Requirement:

Role Overview:

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for steering the brand strategy, conducting market research, and ensuring the successful launch of new products. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, design, sales, and product development teams to build compelling brand narratives, enhance visibility, and ensure that every product resonates with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and market presence.

- Define and manage brand communication and voicing, ensuring consistency across all channels.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.

- Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new products, ensuring timely and impactful launches.

- Collaborate with the product development team on NPD (New Product Development), aligning product concepts with consumer insights and brand identity.

- Overlook and lead brand positioning and performance across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across campaigns, channels, and product lines to optimize ROI and growth.

- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across digital, offline, and packaging touchpoints.

- Partner with sales and distribution teams to maximize reach and consumer engagement.

- Build retention strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 410 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG/Beauty/Skincare.

- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and brand positioning.

- Experience in handling D2C platforms and online marketplaces will be an advantage.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.

- Creativity with a strategic approach to problem-solving and brand storytelling.
