Job Summary;
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Manager in our global brands team to drive brand growth, cultural relevance and consumer engagement. As a key member of the Marketing team, you'll develop and execute activations and partnerships that amplify the brand's credentials.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Positioning: Define and maintain brand's positioning, ensuring alignment with global direction while meeting Indian market needs.
2. Partnerships Activation: Develop and execute brand partnerships that align with brand's positioning.
3. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams, external agencies to develop innovative concepts, content and activations.
4. Planning & Execution: Develop, execute and track activations & partnerships, ensuring timely delivery and budget management.
5. Commercial & Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensure ROI optimization and deliver brand programs on time in full.
Requirements:
1. Education: University degree in Business/ Marketing. MBA Preferred
2. Experience: 5+ years of brand management experience, preferably in CPG, beverage or lifestyle brands with a focus on events and cultural activations.
3. Skills:
- Strong understanding of Culture and brand management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically.
- Experience working with creative agencies, internal teams and external partners.
- Strong budget management and commercial acumen.
Nice to Have:
1. Cultural Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of cultural marketing trends, consumer behavior, and cultural insights.
2. Global Brand Experience: Experience working on global brands, with an understanding of international marketing strategies and cultural nuances.
