- Good Knowledge on Wealth Banking / Investments
- Earlier Experience should be as a Wealth RM/ Private Banking RM etc
- Handled Larger Customers with Burgandy Private/ Pioneer / Wealth RM Books
- People Management Experience
- Very Good in Articulation/ Communication
- Dynamic , Spontaneous in Decision Making
- Experience Range - 13 -24 yrs
- Current Experience - Branch Manager / Branch Head / Sr. Branch Manager / Regional Head sales / Cluster Head/ Private or Wealth Sr. Partner Handling bigger book size
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues, addressing their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training and development opportunities.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies1 to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the branch operates in a safe and secure environment.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Community Engagement: Represent the bank in the local community, building relationships with key stakeholders and participating in community events
