We are looking for an experiencedvBusiness Development Manager to lead client acquisition and growth for our plant nutrition and protection business in India, GCC, Europe, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Category Growth:

- Drive institutional sales and expand the plant nutrition and protection business globally.

- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Sales Expertise in Biological Products:


- Demonstrated success in selling bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and biologicals to B2B clients.

- Lead techno-commercial sales, strategic account management, and business development.

Customer Engagement:

- Develop and manage relationships with fertilizer companies, FPOs, distributors, FMCG companies, and plantations.

- Design and execute tailored programs for various customer segments.

Regulatory Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements for biological product introductions in global markets.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, Crop Science, or Biotechnology is essential. Masters in Agri-Business or Agriculture Sciences preferred.

- Experience: 10 - 15 years in sales and business development in plant nutrition and protection.
