Key Responsibilities:

- Provide data-driven insights to optimize consumer engagement programs and forecast potential benefits.

- Leverage quantitative and qualitative learnings to enhance brand positioning and audience targeting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate external data sources and vendor marketing models, improving sales, revenue, and consumer experience.

- Co-lead competitive insights and industry benchmarks for merchant partners, leveraging transactional data.

- Build strong stakeholder relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for complex problem-solving.

- Lead strategic initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with audit procedures.

- Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields with 6+ years of relevant experience (or 8+ years without a degree).

- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in SQL, SAS, and advanced algorithms like media mix and attribution models.

- Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years managing analytics within Financial Services, Credit Cards, or Payment Industry.

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills with strong data analysis and storytelling capabilities.

- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to handle complex business and technical challenges with minimal supervision.
