Senior Architect - Landscape/MEP/Interior/Structural

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Architect to lead the design function for multiple residential and commercial projects within the Gurgaon cluster. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience in real estate, a deep understanding of design execution, and a strong ability to manage large-scale projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Project Strategy:

- Lead the architectural vision and design execution for multiple high-end residential and commercial projects within the Gurgaon cluster.

- Develop and implement innovative, sustainable, and commercially viable design solutions that align with quote "Live Well, Work Well" philosophy.

- Ensure architectural designs enhance the aesthetic, functional, and financial value of projects.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from concept development to on-site execution, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.

- Work closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams to ensure an integrated design approach across multiple projects.

- Coordinate with project management, construction, and sales teams to align design intent with execution feasibility and market demands.

Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance:

- Conduct design reviews and audits to ensure compliance with Gurgaons local building codes, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards.

- Regularly visit sites to ensure design intent is maintained during construction and proactively resolve any execution challenges.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement:

- Engage with clients, investors, and senior leadership to present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Work with government authorities and consultants to secure necessary approvals and clearances for projects.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Mentor and lead a team of architects and designers, ensuring knowledge sharing and capability building within the design function.

- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, efficiency, and innovation within the organization.

Key Capabilities & Skills

- Architectural Expertise Strong foundation in master planning, fa- ade design, space planning, and sustainable architecture.

- Project Management Proven track record of delivering large-scale real estate projects within deadlines and budgets.

- Design & Technical Proficiency Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and other architectural design tools.

- Regulatory Knowledge In-depth understanding of Gurgaons building codes, approvals, and sustainability guidelines.

- Leadership & Collaboration Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive alignment across functions.

- Strategic Thinking Ability to balance aesthetic aspirations, commercial feasibility, and project constraints.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.

- 12+ years of experience in architectural design, project execution, and stakeholder management within the real estate sector.

- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

- Experience in Gurgaon/NCR market, with knowledge of local development norms and approval processes.
