Job Description - The Senior Analyst - Talent Acquisition role is a crucial position within the Human Resources department, requiring a meticulous individual with a knack for identifying and attracting top talents within the Financial Services and Investment/Asset Management industry.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers by developing deep understanding of the business. Ensure updates are sent to hiring managers on recruitment progress (weekly/forthnightly/monthly), highlighting key metrics and insights.

- Team Management: Lead a team of 2-3 recruiters and monitor progress, balance workloads to ensure efficient recruitment workflows.

- Vendor Management: Weekly meetings with recruitment partners to address any hiring challenges, provide timely feedback, and gather market intelligence regarding industry trends.

- Recruitment Analytics: Analyze recruitment data, create insightful reports, and extract market intelligence to enable data-driven decisions.

- Reporting & Analytics: Oversee various TATs, aging roles, and other recruitment metrics, along with data maintenance and recruitment presentations. Connect with team for daily updates on candidate profiles sent to stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

- Proactive Talent Mapping: Identify future talent needs through collaboration with business leaders and create a pipeline of high-potential candidates by leveraging talent mapping and market intelligence.

- Process Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes, controls, and checkpoints are followed, ensuring that team is adhering to established SOPs and best practices.

- Candidate Experience: Build a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring transparency, timely communication, and meaningful engagement throughout the selection process.

Profile

Requirements:

- Master's degree in HR or a related field

- 6-8 years of relevant work exp, with strong understanding of Indian recruitment practices

- Led/Managed recruitment in GCC setups (esp non-tech role) across levels

- Extensive experience in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS

- Excellent MS Excel skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and create informative reports

- Ability to work independently and lead a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands/deadlines will be essential

Good to have:

- Experience of Workday recruitment modules

- Project Management skills/certification

- Exposure to managing hiring drives, campus engagement and recruitment events
