Join our industry-leading Sell-Side Equity Research team and play a key role in driving impactful client engagement, marketing, and corporate access events. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute as an integral part of our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Business teams.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with Research Sales & Analysts to manage client events and interactions
- Use CRM tools (BTS, Salesforce) to track analyst marketing & corporate access events
- Prepare and share client-facing materials for events
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and post-event reporting
- Manage internal/client databases and publish forward calendars
- Drive efficiency with automation (Excel VBA, SQL, Python, AI tools)
- Lead projects independently and deliver high-quality outcomes
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of Sales Enablement / Client Engagement / Research Sales Support experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; familiarity with VBA, SQL, Python preferred
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
Role details:
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Shift: US Shift (Complete overlap with US teams)-5:30PM to 2:30 AM
