Overview:
We're seeking a hands-on Admin Manager who can streamline our admin operations and bring much-needed structure to our office. This role is about taking charge of daily administrative tasks, refining processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and enforce efficient procedures for daily office operations within various departments.
- Manage and support the admin team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement practical solutions for improvement across the organisation.
- Act as the go-to person for all administrative matters, ensuring the office operates effectively.
