About the job:
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior Accounts & Finance with at least 3 years of experience in finalization of accounts and excellent communication skills.
- The role involves financial reporting, compliance, and account finalization.
- The company will provide training in US Accounting, providing a unique opportunity to gain expertise in international finance.
- The candidate should be comfortable working the 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM shift to align with US business hours.
- For female candidates, flexible hours and partial work-from-home options are available.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Account Finalization:
- Prepare and review financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Taxation & Compliance:
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial analysis.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
Accounts Management & Reconciliation:
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial analysis.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
US Accounting Training & Implementation:
- Undergo company-provided training in US Accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Learn and implement US GAAP, QuickBooks, and international financial reporting standards.
- Work on financial processes for US clients after completing training.
Communication & Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and reports to management.
- Engage with US-based clients as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with strong accounting knowledge.
- Good Articleship experience is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in finalization of accounts and financial reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of US Accounting principles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of accounting practices in India or any other country.
Work Schedule:
- Career progression to Senior Manager - Accounts / US Accounting Specialist.
- Hands-on experience in global finance and international accounting standards
