Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships to understand their evolving hiring needs and business objectives.
Talent Delivery: Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of talent solutions that perfectly match client requirements.
Revenue Growth: Strategically drive revenue growth within assigned accounts through upselling, cross-selling of additional services, and proactively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Financial Oversight: Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for assigned accounts, monitoring key financial metrics and ensuring all delivery and business development efforts contribute to profitability.
Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and lead recruitment and account management teams to achieve and exceed performance targets, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in IT staffing, recruitment services, or account management, with a strong track record of success.
Client Management: Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Business Acumen: A strategic and consultative approach to client engagement, with the ability to manage P&L and drive revenue targets.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate talent solutions and business value effectively.
Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing client demands and market conditions.
Technical Familiarity: A solid understanding of the IT and technology landscape.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus.
Education: Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
