About the Role:

- We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Account Manager - Paid Social to lead and manage social media advertising campaigns for our key clients.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social strategies across major platforms.

- You will be responsible for client relationship management, campaign performance, and team collaboration to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement data-driven paid social media strategies aligned with client goals.

- Lead the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

- Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and ad creative optimization to maximize campaign performance.

Client Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships based on trust and results.

- Present campaign performance reports, provide strategic recommendations, and manage client expectations.

- Ensure all client deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. ) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

- Provide in-depth insights and actionable recommendations to clients based on data.

- Stay informed of the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid social.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 5 - 9 years of experience in a paid social media role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Skills:

- Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid social campaigns.

- Hands-on experience with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.

- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.

- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively
