Senior Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in client relationship management, revenue growth, and strategic account planning.
As a key client liaison, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow partnerships.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain long-term client relationships while delivering solutions that align with client goals and company capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
- Own the account strategy and execution, including planning, forecasting, and client communication.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, product, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance presentations.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Resolve client concerns or escalations promptly and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitors to anticipate client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B relationship management.
- Proven experience handling large enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
