Position Overview. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, knowledgeable, and well-versed in key applications for lubricants in these segments. This role involves business development, growing the knitting oil business, and developing inroads in other focus sub-segments such as weaving, processing, and coning oils.

Product - Lubricant Oil used in Key Account Companies

Target Companies / Key Accounts : Chemical, Cement, Energy, and Textile segments.

Accountability:

- Responsible for each account plan and manage input and output for topline, bottomline, and credit objective delivery.

- Prospecting plan and review with input to database .

- Manage relationships with industrial customers, prospects, IOEMs, and key influencers.

Internal and External Interface:

- Collaborate with sales/segment/technical (local & global) and cross-functional teams.

- Maintain relationships with customers and third parties.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

- Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from an institute of repute.

Experience:

- 8-15 years of experience in sales/business development in industrial sales.

- B2B sales management experience of a minimum of 8 years.

- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

- Track record of delivering sales targets and performance.

Skills:

- Ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans.

- Hands-on approach to driving the business with direct responsibility.

- Flexibility of thought and action to respond to changing market environments and dynamic business situations.
