Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Performance marketing specialist with expertise in Ecommerce feed optimization, digital advertising, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will manage product feeds across platforms, implement logic-based optimizations, and drive performance improvements for online retail clients. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Ecommerce feed management tools and digital marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize and manage product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other Ecommerce marketplaces. - Implement logic-based transformations and automation to enhance feed structure, improve data accuracy, and maximize performance. - Conduct periodic audits and troubleshoot feed-related issues to ensure compliance, data integrity, and visibility. - Analyze KPIs, provide insights, and develop optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. - Develop and execute quarterly roadmap strategies for product feed optimization and digital marketing campaigns. - Manage Google Ads campaigns, adjusting bidding strategies, keywords, and ad creatives for Ecommerce clients. - Present optimization strategies, performance reports, and growth recommendations to clients and stakeholders. - Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives for offshore teams on feed management and keyword research. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align digital advertising efforts with inventory and pricing strategies. Qualifications & Skills: - 5 to 7 years of experience in Ecommerce product feed management, digital advertising, or performance marketing. - Strong expertise in Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center, and digital marketplace feeds (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.). - Proficiency in feed management tools (e.g., DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, Channable) and Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce). - Experience with logic-based optimizations, rule-based automation, and A/B testing for feed elements. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta advertising, and performance-based digital marketing strategies. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a client-facing approach. - Ability to manage multiple Ecommerce projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
