Job Summary: - We are seeking a highly motivated Managed Services Consultant to join our team. - This role will be responsible for executing managed services tasks that support client growth objectives, optimizing digital product feeds, and ensuring the highest performance standards across various digital platforms. - The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, partner agencies, and internal teams to drive strategy, performance improvements, and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Managed Services Execution & Performance Optimization: - Execute assigned managed services tasks to support client growth objectives. - Measure and analyze performance KPI's, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. - Review and optimize product feeds across platforms such as Google Shopping, Meta, social media, and online marketplaces. - Implement improvements to enhance visibility, increase CTR, and positively impact ROAS. - Conduct periodic audits on Google Shopping Feeds to ensure compliance and data integrity, and implement necessary improvements. - Provide performance reports on Google Shopping and marketplace activities to support client success and presales opportunities. - Troubleshoot issues related to digital feeds on various channels. Client Consultation & Strategy Development: - Present optimization strategies and performance outcomes to clients during review meetings. - Maintain proactive client relationships by offering industry insights, recommendations, and updates on key improvements and experiments. Quarterly Roadmap & Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement quarterly strategic roadmaps for product feed optimization, focusing on performance enhancements and strategic label suggestions. - Plan and execute experimentation strategies using the IR Experiments Module. - Keep stakeholders informed about ongoing and upcoming initiatives. Process Improvement, Training & Knowledge Sharing: - Review and refine processes for GMC checks, feed reviews, and category audits. - Conduct keyword research to optimize product titles and categories. - Train offshore teams on key tasks such as feed optimization, keyword research, and GMC checks. - Develop documentation and guidelines to facilitate knowledge transfer and process standardization. - Share industry best practices and insights with internal teams. Onboarding & Google Feeds Optimization: - Optimize Google Shopping feeds for newly onboarded clients to ensure best practices are implemented. - Conduct initial feed audits and provide recommendations for alignment with Google's standards. - Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth and fully optimized launch of new accounts. Google Ads Campaign Management: - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for clients under managed services. - Continuously adjust bidding strategies, keywords, and ad creatives to enhance campaign performance. - Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations for Google Ads improvements. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. - Strong expertise in Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center (GMC), and online marketplace feeds. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization. - Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience with feed management tools and platforms is a plus
